CRANSTON – William M. Michaels died Sept. 30. He was the husband of Nancy (Shore) Michaels. Born in Providence, a son of the late Thomas and Martha (Saunders) Michelovitch, he had lived in Cranston for more than 50 years. He was the owner of Providence Auto Co.
He is survived by his son, Richard Michaels and his wife, Beatrice, of Franklin, Mass., and Lynn Smith and her husband, Anders, of Glen Ellyn, Ill. He was the brother of Harvey Michaels of Cranston and the grandfather of Nina, Matthew, Zachary, Olivia and Tyler.
