PROVIDENCE – Greta (Neuron) Steiner died October 15. She was the wife of the late Eric Steiner. Born in Vienna, Austria, she was a daughter of the late Adolf and Emma Neuron.
Mrs. Steiner had a great love for teaching young children how to swim at the Jewish Alliance of Greater Rhode Island.
She is survived by her daughters Susan Steiner and Gail Ernst and her husband Lawrence; grandchildren Jason Ernst and Erica Fleischer and her husband Benjamin; and great grandchild Nava Fleischer. She was the sister of the late Gertrude Marmorek.
