BOARD APPOINTMENT – John Landry, vice chair of the editorial board of The Jewish Voice, has been named to the board of Jewish Outreach Institute, a nonprofit organization that reaches out to unengaged and intermarried Jewish families, and helps the organized Jewish community better welcome them.
Raised Catholic and a convert to Judaism, Landry, his wife Rochelle and their two sons belong to Temple Beth-El, the Reform synagogue in Providence.
An independent business writer and occasional contributor to The Jewish Voice, Landry is a resident of Providence.
